Light Up Downtown Middletown

Local businesses, families, and community groups are invited to help transform Downtown Middletown for the holiday season by decorating a lamp post on East or West Main Street.

2026 Schedule

• Decorating begins Saturday, November 7.
• Displays must be completed by Friday, November 27.
• Community voting begins Saturday, November 28.

How It Works

• Choose an available electric or nonelectric lamp post on the official registration page.
• Businesses located directly in front of a lamp post receive first choice for that location.
• Use securely attached, weather-resistant decorations that can remain outdoors through the season.
