Get Ready for the Magic of the Season!

Kick off the holidays with Downtown Middletown's annual Holiday Spectacular Parade! This cherished community event is filled with festive floats, spirited marching bands, dazzling holiday performers, and, of course, a visit from Santa Claus himself. Join friends, family, and neighbors to celebrate the season with joy, music, and the warmth of holiday cheer.

Parade Highlights:

  • Family Fun: Bring the whole family for a delightful morning of holiday magic. Children and adults alike will love the colorful parade floats, characters, and local performers.

  • Live Performances: Watch special performances as parade groups stop at the Town Square at the four corners intersection. Performers will dazzle the crowd with festive acts and music, adding an extra sparkle to the festivities.

  • Santa’s Grand Entrance: No holiday parade would be complete without Santa! Be on the lookout for the big man in red as he arrives in style to spread holiday joy to all.

Where to Watch: The parade route runs along South Broad Street and turns onto West Main Street, ending at South Scott Street. Spectators are welcome to line up along these streets for a prime view of the parade and the special performances at Town Square.

Tips for a Great Experience:

  • Arrive Early: Streets fill up quickly, so come early to grab a good spot along the parade route.

  • Dress Warmly: It’s December, so make sure to bundle up!

  • Stay Safe: Please be mindful of barriers and respect the guidance of event and safety personnel to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
