Mark your calendars. Downtown Middletown has a full year of events planned for 2026. From food crawls to festivals, family days to holiday traditions, there's something happening on Main Street all year long.

Held May 9, 2026.

The Downtown Middletown Community Yard Sale brought residents, businesses, shoppers, and neighbors together across the downtown district.

Registration for this completed event is closed.

Held June 4, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Guests enjoyed a walkable Main Street tasting route featuring regional wineries, craft beer, and alcohol-free options.

Alcohol-free mocktail tastings were also offered.

Held June 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM.

This free, family-friendly gathering on Cochran Square marked Flag Day with a presentation on the history and significance of the holiday.

July 18–August 14, 2026.

An extended summer scavenger hunt is listed for these dates across Downtown Middletown.

Participation instructions have not been confirmed.

October 17, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Games, creative activities, live entertainment, face painting, and family fun are planned at 19 W Green Street.

Vendor registration: $25.

Food and drink vendor spots are already filled.

November 7–21, 2026.

Downtown gets dressed up for the holidays. Businesses and community groups decorate the lampposts along Main Street, and the public votes for their favorites on our website.

November 27, 2026 | 6:00 PM

Ring in the holiday season with the annual tree lighting ceremony, live caroling, and community celebration at Town Square. Free and open to all.

Location: Town Square, four corners intersection

December 5, 2026 | 10:00 AM

The signature holiday event returns. Floats, marching bands, performers, and Santa Claus himself. The parade runs along South Broad Street, turns onto West Main Street, and ends at South Scott Street, with special performances at Town Square.

Arrive early. Dress warm. Bring the family.
